Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a workflow for general web browser problems due to the vast amount of problems that may occur in a web browser. This is a general list of things to check for when troubleshooting web browser issues. Check the time, date, and time zone on the computer. Make sure this is correct before moving on. Don't use a Military computer. Reset your password. If you did reset your password, log off of the computer and log back in. Clear out the browser cache. Try a different web browser. Check for toolbars and add-ons. Remove them if present. Update Java on the computer. Remove all Java installs from the computer and install the newest one from scratch. Try a wired connection instead of Wireless, or vice versa. - Check for multiple anti-virus applications.
